about

Hello, my name is Let. My professional background is in physical therapy, where I worked across a range of healthcare settings and partnered closely with patients from many walks of life. Being part of someone’s healing journey required more than clinical skill, It called for empathy, clear communication, and the ability to meet people where they were, often during moments of vulnerability and change. Those experiences shaped how I listen, collaborate, and build trust.

I believe strong design begins with understanding people not only through culture or background, but through shared human experiences. In healthcare, those moments often surfaced through uncertainty, adaptation, and resilience. That lens continues to guide my approach as a designer. Finding common ground, navigating constraints, and advocating for clarity are skills that translate seamlessly from patient care to user-centered design.

I recently graduated from Arizona State University with a Master’s degree in UX Design. My transition into UX began a few years ago after completing a UX bootcamp, where I discovered a field that aligned deeply with my values. Today, I bring a healthcare-informed mindset to design work, prioritizing thoughtful research, accessibility, and solutions that respect real human needs. I approach each project with care, accountability, and a genuine commitment to putting people first.
